will honor all manufacturer warranties made through the manufacturer,
to be done by the manufacturer. Cafeproducts.com not responsible
for any product issues or defects not met by the manufacturer,
or their warranty.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly agree that use of Cafeproducts.com (or any
of our affiliates) is at your own risk. Cafeproducts.com (or
any of our affiliates) shall not be responsible to you for any
content found on Cafeproducts.com (or any of our affiliates)
. Cafeproducts.com (or any of our affiliates) expressly disclaims
all warranties of any kind, whether implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. Cafeproducts.com

given products from Cafeproducts.com that we will not be liable
in anyway for any injury that happens because of manufacturer
defects or normal use of the product purchase or given by Cafeproducts.com.
Returns
We
honor returns on most purchases with a 25% restocking fee. If
the product is damaged or missing parts we will not take back
the item.
SHIPPING
Cafeproducts.com will ship most of our cafe products
free of charge at the time of the purchase to any where in the
US, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. Customer will be
responsible for shipping in those two states and outside the
US. Most products will be shipped UPS Ground normal shipping
time. We will not be responsible for shipping when unforeseen
price hikes happen due to emergency or seasonal reasons, if
this happens the consumer can choose to cancel their order or
pay the additional fees. Cafeproducts.com can choose not to
exercise the option at all, but will give the customer warning
of the changes, and may choose to give credit of the normal
shipping charge off the purchased item. In most cases Cafeproducts.com
will also pay for insurance of the shipping to make sure your
dealings with us are positive.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Because the nature of the economy Cafeproducts.com
will honor purchases through our e-commerce solutions. Upon
request we will also honor certified checks or money orders.
We will also honor a company check but the process is delayed
until the check clears the bank. You can also call us at 970-691-4673
to give your credit card over the phone.
If you choose to send us funds you will need to send us via
mail a check, certified check or money order, and a list of
the goods desired with the product number and prices to:

Upon receiving the funds we will check the validity of the
funds, and make sure the proper price calculations are correct.
Then, when everything is in order we will send your merchandise
through our normal shipping means. Your business is important
to us so we will aim to make the process smooth. We ask that
you make copies and keep receipts, because we are not responsible
for stolen or loss mail. We ask that you insure the money
you are sending for your own protection.

choose our site because we offer a good selection of quality cafe

What
Makes Us Special
We offer cafe products at a competitive price. Some of our specialties
includes our sinks (specializing in inexpensive three compartment
sinks), water stations - pitcher fillers, ice bins, carts, mobile
cafe carts, that are made from quality ABS plastic. These products
are manufactured with quality in mind, yet are some of the least
expensive in the industry. The three compartment sinks are essential
in the industry for restaurants to meet health requirement standards.
Our
baking equipment includes professional grade mixers, dough sheeters,
bread slicers, and dough rounders.
Who We Work With
We choose only to identify ourselves with fine companies who have
quality cafe products, and strong consumer ethics. Currently we
are a dealer for Moli International, Thunderbird, WinCup, Wilbur
Curtis, Vita Mix, and Conti espresso equipment.
